Are you tired of PM roles where you're just pushing tickets and attending meetings? We're looking for a Full Stack Product Manager who doesn't just plan—you execute. Someone who bridges strategy and delivery, speaks both business and tech, and treats products like you own them. Because at Innovaly, you will.
This is a truly hybrid role that blends technology, communications, marketing, and business with real ownership. You'll thrive in our startup environment and join a team in an accelerated growth phase, working alongside highly skilled professionals who are intelligently adopting AI and autonomous agents as core tools in our daily operations.
Monthly Compensation: Up to $2,200 USD per month based on experience and capabilities
Additionally, you will receive:
Innovaly isn't just an agency. We're an Innovation House that bridges the gap between strategy and execution. We don't just advise—we build, deploy, and scale. Our team combines 15+ years of founder-led experience with a distributed ecosystem of builders across Latin America and beyond.
We run our own products (like ElGrupito.com: 2,500+ active users) while delivering end-to-end solutions for ambitious clients. This means you'll work on real products that generate real revenue, not just client deliverables that disappear into the void.
We're remote-first, Latin-founded, and obsessed with turning ideas into reality. If you're a builder who lives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution—keep reading.
As our Full Stack Product Manager, you'll own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery to optimization. You're not a coordinator. You're the leader of your products, reporting directly to our CEO while managing everything that makes products successful.
Define product vision and roadmap for both our Innovation House products (ElGrupito.com v2, Padelcrest.com v2) and high-impact agency client projects. You'll make the call on what gets built, when, and why—backed by data and user insights, not politics. Work directly with our CEO on strategic planning, translating business objectives into product initiatives that move metrics.
Manage the complete product development cycle. Write PRDs that engineering teams actually understand. Define user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization. Make technical trade-off decisions in partnership with developers. Manage project timelines and hold everyone (including yourself) accountable to commitments. You'll touch everything from initial concept to post-launch optimization.
Work hand-in-hand with our engineering and software development teams. Drive constant communication and day-to-day collaboration with developers. Manage all project planning using our suite (Notion, Slack, Linear), ensuring accountability and clear timelines.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and validation studies yourself—not just consume reports from others. Talk to users weekly. Run experiments and A/B tests with Posthog. Analyze behavioral data to understand the "why" behind the "what." Develop hypotheses, validate them, and kill bad ideas fast. Build products based on evidence, not opinions.
Speak engineering's language fluently. Evaluate technical feasibility, understand system architecture trade-offs, and make informed decisions about APIs, databases, and infrastructure. You don't need to code (maybe vibecode), but you need to understand modern tech stacks deeply enough to have credibility with developers and make smart product decisions. Write SQL to analyze data. Assess technical debt implications. Know when to push for speed versus when to invest in scalability.
Must be fully up-to-date with AI trends and agents. You will be expected to collaborate with engineering to scope and lead the realistic deployment of AI agents to enhance our operations, transitioning into this as a key responsibility.
Act as the central hub connecting clients, engineering teams, designers, and internal stakeholders. Lead client conversations with confidence. Manage expectations across the organization. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and technical constraints into business trade-offs. Navigate competing priorities and build consensus without formal authority.
Own your product's metrics and outcomes. Define KPIs. Track performance against goals. Understand unit economics and revenue impact. Support go-to-market planning and positioning. Present results and recommendations to leadership. Connect every product decision to business results—whether that's user retention, revenue growth, or operational efficiency.
In your first 3 months: You'll work intensively on the active development and delivery of 2-3 products—not just conducting research, but actively managing the full product development cycle as a hands-on PM. Expect active participation across multiple areas: product strategy, user research, feature specification, sprint planning, and close collaboration with engineering. You'll ship features that move key metrics while shaping roadmap decisions.
In 6 months: You're the trusted PM authority across the organization—clients request you, engineering teams respect your judgment, and the CEO relies on your strategic input.
In 12 months: The products you manage are measurably more successful, and you're mentoring other PMs or product-minded team members.
We're building a team of exceptional people who deliver exceptional results. Here's what we expect:
Location: Remote (Latin America preferred: Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: CEO
Start date: Flexible based on candidate availability
As our Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be the central orchestrator across the entire organization—coordinating engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ship successful products. You won't be managing in isolation; you'll have full support and collaboration from all departments, working hand-in-hand with talented professionals across the company.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll drive products forward through research, specification, collaboration, and relentless focus on user value—with the backing and resources of our entire team.
Ready to build products that matter with a team that ships?
