Full Stack Product Manager

Priority Role
Remote (Latin America)
Full-time
Reports to CEO

Are you tired of PM roles where you're just pushing tickets and attending meetings? We're looking for a Full Stack Product Manager who doesn't just plan—you execute. Someone who bridges strategy and delivery, speaks both business and tech, and treats products like you own them. Because at Innovaly, you will.

This is a truly hybrid role that blends technology, communications, marketing, and business with real ownership. You'll thrive in our startup environment and join a team in an accelerated growth phase, working alongside highly skilled professionals who are intelligently adopting AI and autonomous agents as core tools in our daily operations.

💰 Compensation Package

Monthly Compensation: Up to $2,200 USD per month based on experience and capabilities

Additionally, you will receive:

  • - Performance-Based Salary Review: After 6 months based on your results
  • - Gym Membership Bonus: Stay healthy and energized
  • - 13th Month Bonus
  • - Flexible Payment Options: Bank transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), and other cryptocurrencies
  • - 100% Remote Work: Flexibility to work where you're most productive

Who We Are

Innovaly isn't just an agency. We're an Innovation House that bridges the gap between strategy and execution. We don't just advise—we build, deploy, and scale. Our team combines 15+ years of founder-led experience with a distributed ecosystem of builders across Latin America and beyond.

We run our own products (like ElGrupito.com: 2,500+ active users) while delivering end-to-end solutions for ambitious clients. This means you'll work on real products that generate real revenue, not just client deliverables that disappear into the void.

We're remote-first, Latin-founded, and obsessed with turning ideas into reality. If you're a builder who lives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution—keep reading.

What You'll Actually Do

As our Full Stack Product Manager, you'll own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery to optimization. You're not a coordinator. You're the leader of your products, reporting directly to our CEO while managing everything that makes products successful.

Strategic ownership

Define product vision and roadmap for both our Innovation House products (ElGrupito.com v2, Padelcrest.com v2) and high-impact agency client projects. You'll make the call on what gets built, when, and why—backed by data and user insights, not politics. Work directly with our CEO on strategic planning, translating business objectives into product initiatives that move metrics.

End-to-end execution

Manage the complete product development cycle. Write PRDs that engineering teams actually understand. Define user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization. Make technical trade-off decisions in partnership with developers. Manage project timelines and hold everyone (including yourself) accountable to commitments. You'll touch everything from initial concept to post-launch optimization.

Engineering & Project Management

Work hand-in-hand with our engineering and software development teams. Drive constant communication and day-to-day collaboration with developers. Manage all project planning using our suite (Notion, Slack, Linear), ensuring accountability and clear timelines.

User research and validation

Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and validation studies yourself—not just consume reports from others. Talk to users weekly. Run experiments and A/B tests with Posthog. Analyze behavioral data to understand the "why" behind the "what." Develop hypotheses, validate them, and kill bad ideas fast. Build products based on evidence, not opinions.

Technical bridge

Speak engineering's language fluently. Evaluate technical feasibility, understand system architecture trade-offs, and make informed decisions about APIs, databases, and infrastructure. You don't need to code (maybe vibecode), but you need to understand modern tech stacks deeply enough to have credibility with developers and make smart product decisions. Write SQL to analyze data. Assess technical debt implications. Know when to push for speed versus when to invest in scalability.

AI & Agent Deployment

Must be fully up-to-date with AI trends and agents. You will be expected to collaborate with engineering to scope and lead the realistic deployment of AI agents to enhance our operations, transitioning into this as a key responsibility.

Stakeholder orchestration

Act as the central hub connecting clients, engineering teams, designers, and internal stakeholders. Lead client conversations with confidence. Manage expectations across the organization. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and technical constraints into business trade-offs. Navigate competing priorities and build consensus without formal authority.

Business impact

Own your product's metrics and outcomes. Define KPIs. Track performance against goals. Understand unit economics and revenue impact. Support go-to-market planning and positioning. Present results and recommendations to leadership. Connect every product decision to business results—whether that's user retention, revenue growth, or operational efficiency.

Who You Are

Hard requirements (non-negotiable)

  • Exceptional Bilingual Communicator: Meticulous, professional, and clear written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential. This is a primary focus for the role.
  • Located in Latin America: (ideal: Colombia, Venezuela, or Mexico) in compatible time zones
  • 5+ years product management experience managing digital products through full lifecycle
  • Remote work professional with proven ability to thrive in distributed teams. We are a fully distributed team, with part of the organization operating in the Americas and the other in Asia
  • Technical fluency with understanding of modern web/mobile architectures, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure

Core competencies you bring

  • Product methodologies mastery: Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Lean, Design Thinking, and frameworks like BMAD Method, prioritization schemes, and value-effort mapping
  • Data-driven decision making: Proficiency with SQL and product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). You dig into data yourself and derive actionable insights
  • User research expertise: Hands-on experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and validation studies. You know how to ask the right questions and synthesize qualitative insights
  • Technical PM skills: Understanding of tech stacks sufficient to evaluate feasibility, discuss architecture with engineers, and make informed technical trade-offs. You bridge product and engineering seamlessly
  • Tools proficiency: Expertise in our project management suite (Notion, Slack, Linear) is crucial. Comfortable with Jira (or similar), Figma (for collaborating with designers), analytics platforms, and roadmapping tools
  • Strategic thinking: Can develop compelling product vision and translate it into prioritized roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Stakeholder management: Proven ability to influence without authority, manage client relationships, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Documentation excellence: Write clear PRDs, user stories, and specifications that eliminate ambiguity
  • Business acumen: Understand revenue models, unit economics, and how product decisions impact the bottom line

The mindset we're looking for

  • Builder mentality: You're obsessed with execution and shipping, not just planning
  • Ownership orientation: You treat products like they're yours because they are
  • AI-Forward: A deep curiosity and willingness to transition and lead the practical application of AI agents within the business
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: Thrive in fast-paced environments where perfect information doesn't exist
  • User-obsessed: Genuinely care about solving real problems for real people
  • Adaptable and resilient: Learn from failures, pivot when needed, and keep moving forward
  • Collaborative leader: Rally cross-functional teams around shared goals without being territorial
  • Truth-seeker: Data and evidence drive your decisions, not ego or assumptions

The Opportunity

  • Real ownership: Not just tasks—you'll own outcomes and shape product direction
  • Dual exposure: Work on both Innovation House products (our own ventures like ElGrupito and PadelCrest) and agency client projects (solve diverse challenges across different industries)
  • International team: Collaborate with talented builders across Latin America and beyond
  • Learning and growth: Work alongside experienced founders and technical teams on cutting-edge solutions
  • Impact visibility: Your decisions directly affect revenue, users, and company trajectory
  • Builder culture: Join a team that values shipping over talking, evidence over opinions, and outcomes over outputs
  • Work with founder directly: Report to CEO with direct exposure to strategic decision-making

What Success Looks Like in This Role

In your first 3 months: You'll work intensively on the active development and delivery of 2-3 products—not just conducting research, but actively managing the full product development cycle as a hands-on PM. Expect active participation across multiple areas: product strategy, user research, feature specification, sprint planning, and close collaboration with engineering. You'll ship features that move key metrics while shaping roadmap decisions.

In 6 months: You're the trusted PM authority across the organization—clients request you, engineering teams respect your judgment, and the CEO relies on your strategic input.

In 12 months: The products you manage are measurably more successful, and you're mentoring other PMs or product-minded team members.

Our Expectations

We're building a team of exceptional people who deliver exceptional results. Here's what we expect:

  • Execution excellence: You ship quality work on time. Deadlines aren't suggestions
  • Communication discipline: You over-communicate in remote environments. Keep stakeholders informed proactively. Write clearly and concisely
  • Continuous learning: Product management evolves constantly. You stay current with methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • User advocacy: You're the voice of the user in every conversation. Customer needs guide prioritization
  • Data rigor: Back up recommendations with evidence. Run experiments before big bets. Measure everything that matters
  • Collaborative spirit: Win as a team. Share credit generously. Help others succeed
  • Results focus: We measure success by outcomes, not activity. Ship features that move the needle
