Full Stack Developer (Mid / Mid-Senior)

The Role

This is a hands-on full stack role where you'll build end-to-end features across both frontend and backend. You'll work directly with our product-led CEO on Innovation House projects (ElGrupito, PadelCrest) and diverse Agency clients. You'll participate in the complete product development cycle—from reviewing PRDs and specifications to implementing features, conducting QA, and iterating based on user feedback. You'll help shape our architecture, processes, and technical direction while managing multiple projects with high autonomy.

Our Development Approach: We follow the BMAD-METHOD —a specifications-driven, full product cycle development framework. This means you'll work with detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), implement BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) acceptance criteria, collaborate with AI agents throughout the development process, and ensure every feature you build aligns with documented specifications from conception to deployment.

What you'll do

  • • Full Product Cycle Ownership: Participate in PRD reviews, implement features from specifications, write and verify BDD acceptance criteria, conduct QA, and iterate based on user feedback
  • • Backend Development: Design and develop scalable backend systems using headless, multi-cloud architecture (Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Supabase)
  • • Frontend Development: Build responsive web applications (Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS) and native mobile apps using React Native with Expo framework
  • • WordPress/Elementor Projects: Handle client projects built on WordPress and Elementor, translating Figma designs into WordPress pages (manually or using UIChemy), and applying general WordPress knowledge for content management and site maintenance
  • • Specs-Driven Development: Work within the BMAD-METHOD framework, translating detailed PRDs and specifications into production-ready code that meets documented acceptance criteria
  • • Cross-Platform Development: Maintain shared codebases and platform-specific optimizations across web and mobile
  • • AI-Augmented Collaboration: Review and refine PRs from AI agents, collaborate with UX designers using Figma-to-code tools, and leverage AI platforms (Cursor.ai, v0.dev, Magic UI) to accelerate development
  • • Design System Implementation: Translate Figma designs into production-ready, high-fidelity components using shadcn/ui and maintain consistent design systems
  • • Performance & Quality: Optimize for Core Web Vitals, implement WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, write comprehensive tests, and ensure cross-platform consistency
  • • Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple initiatives across Innovation House products and Agency clients, prioritizing effectively and delivering on time

Who you are

  • • 3-4 years full-stack experience with balanced frontend and backend skills, gained through real-world working experience at established companies—not just personal projects or bootcamps
  • • Team Collaboration Experience: Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, participating in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and collaborating effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers
  • • Team Management Exposure: Experience leading or mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to technical decision-making processes
  • • Backend Expertise: Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js API Routes, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and serverless architectures
  • • Frontend Expertise: Proven experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and modern CSS frameworks
  • • WordPress/Elementor Experience: Experience working with WordPress and Elementor for client projects, including translating Figma designs to WordPress pages (manually or using UIChemy) and general WordPress knowledge for content management and site maintenance
  • • Mobile Development (Plus): Experience with React Native and Expo framework is a strong plus
  • • Specs-Driven Mindset: Experience working with PRDs, technical specifications, and BDD acceptance criteria—understanding how to translate documented requirements into working code
  • • Design System Awareness: Experience building and maintaining design systems using shadcn/ui, TailwindCSS, and component libraries
  • • Testing Excellence: Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) and writing testable, maintainable code
  • • AI-Augmented Development: Comfortable working with AI agents, reviewing AI-generated code, and leveraging AI tools (Cursor.ai, v0.dev, Magic UI) to accelerate development
  • • DevOps Experience: Experience with Docker, deploying on Dokploy, Vercel, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
  • • Quality Obsession: Attention to detail, passion for creating beautiful and intuitive user experiences, and commitment to performance and accessibility standards
  • • FLUENT ENGLISH (written and spoken) - mandatory for PRD reviews, team collaboration, and client communication
  • • Autonomy & Ownership: Self-directed, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable working with minimal micromanagement
  • • Located in Da Nang, Vietnam (hybrid requirement)
