Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

The Role

This is a full hands-on technical role with strategic influence. You'll work directly with our product-led CEO to architect and build scalable backend systems for both our Innovation House projects (ElGrupito, PadelCrest) and diverse Agency clients. You'll help shape our architecture, processes, and technical direction while managing multiple projects with high autonomy.

Ready to join: We move fast. Ideal candidates can start full-time within 2-4 weeks. Our interview process is short and focused—typically completed within 2 weeks.

What you'll do

  • • Design and develop scalable backend systems using headless, multi-cloud architecture (Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL)
  • • Work on both Innovation House products and Agency projects, handling multiple initiatives aligned with our roadmap
  • • Operate from a spec-driven design process following BMAD-METHOD for Agile Development
  • • Drive technical strategy and make critical decisions on architecture and technology choices
  • • Provide leadership and mentorship to other developers and contractors
  • • Champion AI-augmented development processes using Cursor.ai, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
  • • Manage multiple projects in parallel with high autonomy using Linear.app/Notion

Who you are

  • • 5+ years full-stack experience with strong backend emphasis
  • • Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and serverless APIs (Next.js API Routes)
  • • Experience with Docker and deploying on Railway, Vercel, AWS (CI/CD pipelines)
  • • Strong command of PostgreSQL and Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS)
  • • Writing AI-optimized PRDs that feed agentic pipelines directly
  • • Proven experience leading technical teams and making architectural decisions
  • • Reviewing PRs from AI agents alongside human developers
  • • Comfortable working with minimal detailed roadmaps, driven by vision and business goals
  • • Project management: use Linear.app/Notion to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • • Cybersecurity awareness and defensive mindset
  • • FLUENT ENGLISH (written and spoken) - mandatory
  • • Previous founder experience is a plus
  • • Located in Da Nang, Vietnam (hybrid requirement)
